Recommended dosage

1 - 3 cups a day

Quick preparation method:

Pour 0.5 ml of teaspoon into boiling water of 250 ml. and leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes (to taste).

Relaxing method of preparation:

We recommend preparing in a liter container
It is ideal to put the kettle on a stand with a tealight (the energy of the fire maintains a constant temperature and you can drink the chag during the day)
You can put the mixture in a tea bag, eggs or a teapot
Chaga can be prepared repeatedly, but the first infusion is always the most effective

It is advisable to add lemon and honey, stevia or milk to taste. You can also add chagu to various herbal teas. The strength of the tea is determined by the amount of the mixture.

Warning: Do not exceed the daily dosage. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children, pregnant and breast-feeding women. Store and keep dry and protect from heat. The product does not contain preservatives or dyes.
