2-3 teaspoons daily

Mix 1 teaspoon of powder with a 60˚C cup of hot water or your favorite tea and wait 15 minutes. The powder can also be added to smoothies. breakfast, porridge and yogurt.

Warning: Do not exceed the daily dosage. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Store and keep dry and protect from heat. The product does not contain caffeine, gluten, preservatives, dyes or sugar.
