Siberian (Rhodiola rosea) brand Chaganela is extracted (concentrated) using a specially controlled temperature using the most modern sublimation method (freeze-dry) only from a wild growing herb from the subarctic mountain regions of Altai and the northern region of Irkutsk.
Recommended dosage
- 2 capsules daily
- Drink the capsules with a sufficient amount of water, at least 200 ml. It is best to take it 15 minutes before a meal.
- If you take it together with vitamin C, the usability of the individual components contained in the product will improve .
Warning: Do not exceed the daily dosage. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children, pregnant and breast-feeding women.
